Collaborating closely with Amanda, Carole is the ultimate multitasker – a master scheduler (with mad Tetris skills), process collaborator, and protector of Amanda’s time (and sanity). Whether she’s coordinating events, assisting with photo shoots, or crafting awards submissions, Carole’s touch is felt across every corner of the studio. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) from the University of Saskatchewan, Carole brings a multifaceted background to her role. Her decade-long career in theatre honed her ability to adapt, communicate, and create under pressure. She later spent over 10 years as Director of Guest Services for one of Western Canada’s top salon groups, mastering the art of client care, organization, and operational magic. Carole’s passion for people and process makes her an invaluable culture keeper and collaborator within the studio. Outside of work, you’ll find her in her happy places: gardening in the sunshine, dancing on a packed dance floor, hunting for vintage fashion treasures and pursuing travel experiences that inspire her creative soul.
