Rachelle is the operational backbone of the studio, seamlessly weaving together the needs of the team and the dreams of our clients. As both COO and Controller, she brings clarity, structure, and foresight to every aspect of the business. Her balanced approach ensures the creative vision of the studio is matched with precision in execution driving performance, profitability, and exceptional client experiences.
Known for her calm authority and pragmatic problem-solving, Rachelle bridges strategy and operations, guiding the team with empathy while maintaining the studio’s financial and procedural integrity. Whether she’s refining internal systems, aligning resources, or anticipating client needs before they surface, her influence is felt across every project. Her disciplined yet human approach transforms complexity into clarity, ensuring both our team and our clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every step.
More than spreadsheets and strategy, Rachelle is a gifted vocalist and pianist with a Bachelor of Music from Rocky Mountain College. When she’s not enthusiastically crossing tasks off of her “To-Do” list, she can be found instigating a round of Rummikub. You can count on Rachelle for just about anything, including her ability to craft the perfect green tea-infused gin sour (in a vintage cut-glass coup she salvaged from Value Village, no less). Rachelle shares this thing called life with her husband, two girls, a rescue cat and her dog Bean.
