With commercial properties, land and homes across North America, Homes by Dream engaged Amanda Hamilton to lead the creative direction for their “Arrival Collection”. Dream’s mandate is to focus on creating thriving communities that provide urban living in suburban areas. As part of the creative direction, we pitched five unique “lifestyle” concepts that took the homes beyond strictly targeting a demographic.
We envisioned five separate families and built out stories and concepts that focused on both user-centric and experience-centric design to ensure each homeowner had a space that would reflect their individuality. The concept is based on the idea that objects and homes should be both purposeful and aesthetically pleasing while still being attainable.
