A whimsical nod to La Belle France in Calgary’s Beltline, every aspect of Bar Chouette was designed to spark conversation, from the playful neons and wallpapers in the washrooms to the richly textured plaster walls and patterned fabrics of the custom banquettes.
Despite the challenges of reconfiguring the existing infrastructure and kitchen space, we breathed life and charm into this 1570 square foot cocktail bar, transforming it into a cozy, eclectic retreat with a distinct vintage French vibe. Our aim was to create something uniquely appealing to the late-night crowd, an eclectic place to imbibe on curated cocktails and French-inspired bites. Bar Chouette is more than just a bar; it’s an experience that represents the perfect blend of the cool and the cozy.
