This renovation in the heart of Britannia transformed a 1400 square foot bridal boutique into a haven of understated elegance.
Our clients, a mother-daughter team with retail locations across Western Canada, sought a design that reflects their elevated level of service, one that’s equally inviting and luxurious.
The Parisian inspired interiors are both minimal and lux; layering crisp whites, textural taupes and warm woods against more sophisticated materials that include a combination of natural stone, marble with plenty of movement, and earthy herringbone hardwood flooring. Our pièce de resistance, the custom cash desk floating in the centre of the space, is grounded by an oversized brass pendant. Clad in a veiny natural stone, accenting of a matching brass reveal detail ties together this major feature upon entering the store.
To enhance the boutique’s functionality, we reconfigured the layout, enlarging rooms to create a flexible space ideal for brides and their guests. The utilization of oversized bevelled mirrors throughout the space creates a sense of vastness, elegance, and photo readiness at every turn. This boutique sets the stage for unforgettable experiences, designed with care and intention to perfectly mirror the intricacy and artistry of the dresses themselves.
