Envisioned as a versatile community hub, our design needed to accommodate a full commercial kitchen, a deli counter, café seating, curated grab-and-go options, and retail products—all within a compact yet dynamic 2180 square foot environment. Creating a clear flow was crucial; thoughtful space planning and strategic signage ensured a cohesive and intuitive layout for grocery shopping or café dining. The brand’s colours of deep blue, glacier teal, and warm beige provided the perfect palette, evoking not only the nearby mountain landscape but also fostering a laid-back, inviting atmosphere. Whether patrons are en route to a summit or just finishing a day on the slopes, TAHM offers a welcoming space that balances casual comfort with refined elegance…and the view of the iconic Three Sisters Mountains from the expansive windows doesn’t hurt!
