This contemporary home renovation seamlessly blends modern finishes with a high-fashion influence, reflecting the client’s distinctive style. Initially dark and dated, the 3010-square-foot space was transformed into a chic and functional environment that exudes elegance.

Our focus was on integrating stylish yet practical furniture and design elements that would resonate with the client’s refined taste. Particular attention was given to the kitchen, a central hub for a family that loves to cook, with careful planning to capture and elevate all necessary features, even including dedicated spaces for the family’s automatic cat feeders and water dishes! Other conversation-worthy aspects of the home include the floating hearth on the fireplace, which required extensive engineering (and creative budgeting) but ultimately became a striking centrepiece; the custom stair railings, designed to fit the home’s specific dimensions; and the warm, burnt caramel brown millwork that adds both sophistication and coziness.

By embracing pops of colour to keep the space vibrant, layering textures to add depth and interest, and having fun with artwork choices we created a home that is as stylish and functional as it is unique.
